Competitive Advantage of having system, problems & possible recommendations for the Information System

How does by having this system help the organization to achieve its mission for existence?

With SPIN, intelligence information can be enhanced. For example, before a raid or arrests made, the target information can be known in advance. In addition, report analysis and statistic can be produced. For example, we can compare the statistic arrests by State.

What are the problems or barriers faced by the end-users of this system that prevent them from achieving the organization business unit goals?

Among the problems encountered is the limitation to access the system. It cannot be accessed using a mobile phone or special devices. It can only be served at the police station only. In addition, the ongoing failure by the system which causes the information displayed is slow.

What are your recommendations to solve these problems?

To ensure the stability of the system proposed to contractors to upgrade the Database Server and the Application Server to speed up the process of recording and storing information and to facilitate the search.

What are the types of security threats faced by the system and what are your suggestions to overcome these potential problems?
